It will automatically detect your connection name. If you have your connection running thru a router then unplug it and plug your connection directly from your modem to your ethernet adapter. DHCP will not work on routers, however it is worth a shot because these instructions were for v1.0 and the app provided is v1.4. Sometimes it will not change your ip at all depending on your isp.
